Absolutely useless!!
Absolutely useless!!! My item was meant to be delivered to an in post locker by Evri. Each time the locker was full so they couldn’t deliver, or so they say. They then said they were sending it back to Sephora. I’ve contacted Sephora multiple times. They did respond asking if I wanted a refund or replacement. I’ve told them multiple times that I want a replacement, and I’m still waiting two weeks on, and they’ve taken my money. No response, messenger/WhatsApp is useless. I’ll be requesting my money back via my bank, as I don’t see any offer alternative at this point. Will not buy from here ever again!!!

Appalling customer service so avoid avoid avoid. I’ve been waiting for my refund for over 10 days and keep getting fobbed off via email and Instagram I will never buy from them again nor feelunique either.!!!

Charged twice
Charged twice. Had a problem with one of their mobile terminal pay systems, so they sent me to the front register. I explained my transaction had been approved and they insisted it had not. Floor manager gave me her name and asked that I bring my credit card statement to the store if there was a problem. Received my statement today, promptly went to the store where I was told there was nothing they could do about it. I needed to dispute it with my credit card company. I called customer service from the store and they can’t look up any past transactions. Dumped it back on me to deal with it. When the oldest employee in the store is probably 17, don’t expect too much. Never again.

Only delivered part of my order
Only delivered part of my order, it isn't made clear online you are buying from concessions and will be charged delivery by them, i thought i was getting free delivery and it ended up being £11, this company is not good value for money and to make matters worse 1 of my items fuffiled by the suncare shop hasnt even arrived!

It’s sad that a store can have great…
It’s sad that a store can have great products, prices and selection yet have a credit card that is nothing but fraud at a bare minimum. Being 2 different entities isn’t the issue normally but, Bread Financial is in a fraudulent class all by itself which is a good thing for consumers not aware of them. You can never get any consistent answer as Sephora will say contact Bread Financial and vice versa. They are on the BBB watchlist. You will not get the correct rewards if you even get them at all. Over 1 1/2 years and I spent over $3,000 but the rewards never worked. They break their own credit card agreement terns. Also, they will attempt to bill you $2 when you pay your card off. It isn’t much money just being one person but, multiply it by thousands for other card holders. It’s quite a good scam!!!! Bread Financial shouldn’t be in business. I have reported them to several agencies.

Order missing FN71557978 Hello my name is Adrian Paoluccio I have placed an order and it went missing. Apparently the delivery company has delivered my order but it didn’t. I was at home all week and nothing has arrived. Evri is the most unprofessional delivery company I have ever seen. I always have problem with it. I have asked all my neighbours and no one has received my order. I need help with it ASAP. Adrian

I wish I could attach screenshots on here but Sephora has the worst customer service ever. I had to go back and forth over 60 times via email between customer service (Zowie, Barbara, Elsa, Rebecca and Bhavini). I received a Beautigloo fridge for my birthday and it died after 5 months. Beautigloo is also very unprofessional and deletes all their negative reviews and how customers have complained about their beauty fridges manufacturing. I will never shop here again.

To the manager of Westfield Sephora Shepherds Bush. You were amazing & what fabulous customer service you gave me. After being let down badly by what should be the online Customer Service & being ignored by them. By making a journey to the store & it costing me money to get there on public transport. You were a breath of fresh air after the awful few day’s I have had trying to get the right item I originally ordered & not the wrong one sent!! You are a credit to them & they need to learn from you what customer service is. Thank You so so much for sorting out their mistake. I wasn’t going to shop with Sephora anymore, but I won’t shop online anymore & I will now only come in store. At least I know that I will be buying the correct item, I didn’t get your name, but you are an absolute star. Thank You to you & not to the awful experience at Customer Service, which they desperately need to sort out after reading all the negative reviews. Get it right Sephora as you will loose a lot of business.

I ordered make-up eyeshadow from Sephora, which was a Too Faced and came with a free make up bag, I returned both items as I wanted a refund and they just refunded me 0.00 for the free item and have taken my £40. These is a scam and I will report to Trading Standards and other Consumer Rights Organisations. Buy from elsewhere!!

Poor service and none existent customer care team
Customer service is not responding on any of their platforms. Placed an order for next day delivery a week ago, but still no sign of it. No updates, no response to my queries. Just poor customer care.

Honestly the worst decision to try this…
Honestly the worst decision to try this company. I ordered 160 quid worth of products and paid next day delivery. No items showed up so I contacted Sephora and asked what was going on and they were initially very helpful and refunded my next day however that’s all I’ve heard and my 160 quid parcel is still missing. No one is answering me on any of the help platforms and no one seems to be able to locate the package or send a new one out. I bought it on Sunday next day for Monday as I was going on holiday in a weeks time, fast forward to Thursday and I'm still clueless. Stick to other suppliers in the uk like space nk. Will not be using it again.

£150 parcel lost
£150 parcel lost. The parcel was supposed to be delivered yesterday, I was not home and they left the parcel outside of the building which is the main road. I’ve been trying to get in touch with them and all I speak with is a robot in whatsapp, cannot get through an agent. Very terrible experience, I’m a student I cannot afford to order these products again.
